about Chef Geoffrey Johnson :
From a very young age, Chef Geoff discovered the love of cooking from his mother and grandmother.  Traditional northern and southern cuisine.  He has German, Brazilian and a small line of Cherokee Indian.  He has owned the Bulk Head Restaurant in Barnegat and has worked at Il Giardino Sul Mare in Forked River, C’est La Vie in LBI, and The Downtown in Toms River.  

Chef Geoff has participated in a taste of Ocean County during the past six years, appeared on channel 12 news, received a total of twelve write up stars from the Asbury Park Press and the Atlantic City Press.  Two featured articles in Ed Hitzel Magazine, feature articles in the Courier Post, Cape May Times, Islander and The Beacon.  First prize winner in the Chili cook-off, Cape Mays Lima Bean festival, second place in the Iron Chef Competition and second place in the Crab Cake Competition.
